Bay Area Community Resource List
Currently, this page primarily lists resources in East Bay, California, and largely consists of mental health and related resources. As I gather more, this list will expand. Please let me know if there is anyone you'd like me to add to the list.
Mental Health
Since the pandemic, many mental health services have continued operating via teletherapy (phone and video calls), while others are returning to the office. This may limit the availability of certain services; contact them to learn more.
Clinics and Groups
Clinics are usually nonprofits, where groups are private practice collectives. These collectives may include therapists, social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, or some combination of these. Many offer low or sliding scale fees.
